Deck Day - Wood Selection

We stopped by JW Lumber today to pick out the deck wood.

They brought in pallets of Mangaris for us to pick through.

First Michelle and I selected the edge pieces we need for the picture frame. Our final selection is below.

Next we picked through a separate stack to select the field boards. Our goal was to select 28 boards. Here is what we selected...

Norice how the field boards have a groove in them. We will use hidden clips to screw the boards into the joists. Delivery is set for Wednesday!
