Day after the storm

Yesterday was windy but today was calm. I surfed in the morning with a head cold...it was chilly.

This evening the tide was out too far....but the sunset was pretty.

Friday Morning

Surf picked up Friday morning and I surfed the jetty. There was a lot of water moving around but I caught some fun ones.

Our garden

Just thought I would take some photos of the succulents in our frontyard. The orange flowers are beautiful!

My family

Michelle and I spent the weekend in Warner Springs with my mom and dad. The photo is a little old but I thought it would be fun to post.

Oh deer...

We found some bears in a meadow and deer snacking outside of our room. The deer are not afraid of humans.....maybe it has something to do with how the national park has banned hunting for aprox. 100 years.

That's a good sign!

Looking out for bears

Michelle and I are up in the sequoias enjoying the scene and witnessing my sister Amy's wedding to Andy. Tons of cool places to hike. More photos soon ;)

Down for the count...

Just had a molar removed. Two root canals and one oral surgery later and the area was still infected. Lying low today and doing choirs around the house....ugh.
